THE MYRTLEWOOD COOKBOOK (rare 1st edition) to benefit BLACK RESILIENCE FUND/NAACP PDX
Two Plum Press publisher Andrew Barton’s debut cookbook. This is the rare first edition, designed by Andrew and printed in Portland at Brown Printing.
1,000 copies were produced. More than half went to backers of the book’s original Kickstarter campaign, and the remaining copies were sold at independent shops in Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco. Less than 6 months after the book’s release, it was sold out. Two years later it was republished by Sasquatch Books and remains in print. One box was recently found.
There are 5 signed copies available, as a chance to donate to The Black Resilience fund and NAACP PDX through Two Plum Press. 100% of the sale will go directly to these organizations. See our blog post to learn more about these donations.
